The Meredith College Athletics department proudly hosts the Annual Golf Classic dedicated to raising funds for the advancement of Avenging Angels athletics programs. Recent tournaments raised funds for a state-of-the-art athletics website and new softball dugouts.

In addition to supporting the tournament as a golf participant, the event offers those interested a variety of opportunities to contribute to its success. Tournament organizers seek support of local businesses and organizations with sponsorships as well as items for the raffle and silent auction. Fans of the Avenging Angels may also join the department as a booster and make a donation in support of athletics.

To further assist our department with generating additional revenue for future program enhancements, we plan to launch the first-ever Meredith Athletics Booster Club this year.  Should you have an interest in being a part of this new endeavor, we welcome your participation.  In addition we plan to develop an athletics Hall of Fame to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of our student-athletes.  Proceeds from the tournament will help launch this program.
