Cross County Finishes Third at Hagan Stone

Pleasant Garden, N.C. - The Meredith cross country team finished third at the Hagan Stone XC Classic on Saturday.  The Avenging Angels had a strong showing with their top seven runners finishing in the top 25 of the teams participating.

Meredith was led by Morgan Youd with a time of 20:30 on the 5k course.  The top seven from Meredith were rounded out by Caitlin Dorantich (21:04), Lara Pantlin (22:24), Megan Beebe (22:26), Melissa Balbach (22:29), Ashley Kate Kesler (22:44) and Callie Davis (23:18).

The Avenging Angels next run at the Royal Cross Country Challenge in Charlotte, N.C. on October 14.
